Hospitality

Front desk, reservations, housekeeping, and reporting in one connected platform for hotels and resorts.

The operational problem

A hotel runs on timing: rooms turn over, guests arrive early, housekeeping works around check-outs, and the front desk holds it all together, often across a paper log, a booking site, and a radio. When those systems don't talk, guests feel it. We build both halves of this: the booking platform guests and property owners meet on, and the operating system that runs the property once they arrive.

What the system covers

  • Guest booking & payment
  • Reservations & availability
  • Front desk
  • Housekeeping
  • Guest folios & billing
  • Owner onboarding
  • Payouts & subscriptions
  • Reviews
  • Reporting

How the system connects

  • Guest
  • Reservation
  • Check-in
  • Housekeeping
  • Invoice

Who we build this for

Hospitality is not one workflow. We have built systems for each of these, and they differ in ways that matter.

Operators running a booking site across many properties

Booking Platforms

A three-sided platform: guests search and pay, property owners list and get paid, and you oversee the whole marketplace from one back office.

How the work flows

  • Guest searches
  • Selects rooms
  • Pays securely
  • Owner confirms
  • Stay
  • Verified review
  • Guests book and pay online, with the confirmation and invoice generated instantly
  • Property owners onboard themselves: documents verified, listings published only when everything checks out
  • Payments split automatically: funds land in the owner's own account, your platform fee is collected on the way through
  • A platform back office over every owner, listing, booking, and payment

What the software does

Every capability below exists in a system we have designed and built. Open a section to see the detail.

Reservations & availability

Inventory tracked to the night, so the same room is never sold twice.

  • Availability held per room per night, rather than as approximate date ranges: the foundation for a calendar you can trust
  • Guests choose rooms and quantities with capacity validated against the party size before payment is taken
  • Cancellation releases the nights back to inventory in the same transaction that voids the booking
  • Bookings that expire after checkout close themselves and free the rooms automatically
  • Reservation calendar covering arrivals, departures, and stays in progress

Front desk & housekeeping

Desk, rooms, and cleaning: the three moving parts of a property, agreeing with each other in real time.

  • Live room board with occupied, due-out, clean, dirty, and out-of-service states
  • Check-in and check-out without re-typing details the guest already gave
  • Housekeeping status updated from a phone in the doorway, visible instantly at reception
  • Guest folios that accumulate room, food, laundry, and late-checkout charges as they happen
  • Daily operational reporting produced without anyone compiling it

Guest booking experience

A booking journey that finishes, on a phone, without help.

  • Search and filtering by destination, property type, price, rating, and amenities, with shareable filtered links
  • Property pages with photo galleries, per-room detail, amenities, house rules, and location
  • Room selection with live pricing, taxes, and a clear total before any card details are entered
  • Card payment, then an instant confirmation with a downloadable invoice
  • Guests manage and cancel their own bookings without contacting anyone

Payments, payouts & subscriptions

Money that moves correctly on its own, and can be reconciled later.

  • Card payments verified against the payment provider before a booking is ever written: amount, status, and destination all checked
  • Marketplace payouts that route guest funds directly to the property owner's own account, with the platform fee taken in transit
  • Owner subscriptions that gate listing visibility, driven by the payment provider's events rather than a nightly job
  • Refunds issued against the original payment, with inventory released at the same time
  • Financial reporting read from the payment provider itself, so the ledger and the bank agree

Owner onboarding & platform control

Bringing property owners on without letting anything unverified go live.

  • Self-service owner onboarding with identity and ownership documents captured and stored separately from public content
  • Listing creation as a resumable step-by-step process, so a half-finished property is never lost
  • Publication gated on several conditions at once: documents verified, subscription active, payouts connected, owner ready
  • Platform back office over owners, guests, listings, bookings, payments, and reviews
  • Suspension and reinstatement controls that apply across an owner's entire portfolio

Reviews & trust

Reputation that cannot be manufactured.

  • Reviews tied one-to-one to a completed stay: no stay, no review
  • Review invitations sent automatically after checkout, through a single-use link that needs no account
  • Guests choose whether their review is public or private to the property
  • Ratings computed and shown across search, property pages, and the owner's own dashboard

How the money and the inventory are protected

A booking platform handles other people's money and other people's rooms. Everything below is a decision already made in a system we have shipped.

The platform never holds guest money

Payments route directly into each property owner's own merchant account, with the platform fee collected on the way through, so settlement, statements, and tax responsibility sit where they belong.

A booking exists only if the payment did

Before any reservation is written, the payment is re-checked with the provider (status, exact amount, and destination), and the booking, its charges, and its nightly inventory are written together or not at all.

Listings go live only when everything checks out

A property becomes publicly visible only when its owner's documents are verified, their subscription is active, payouts are connected, and the owner has switched it on. Any one of those lapsing takes it back down automatically.

Built for local rules, not a generic template

Short-stay accommodation is regulated differently in every market. We have built onboarding around a specific jurisdiction's licensing, tenancy, and accommodation-tax requirements rather than a checkbox.

Hospitality Management System: Interactive Demo

Walk through both sides: book a room as a guest, then run the property as front desk, housekeeping, management, or the platform operator.

The hospitality demo's room board: every room in the property shown as a tile with its state (occupied, clean, due out, needs cleaning or out of service) above counts of what is sellable now.
A screen from the demo itself, on sample data.

Open it now, with no signup and no credentials.

Choose a role and explore on sample data, the way your team would actually use it.

Proof, not promises

Three properties ran their rooms on paper diaries and phone calls to housekeeping. A shared platform puts reservations, housekeeping status and group reporting in one place.

Straight answers

Hospitality software, answered plainly

The questions we get asked before anyone books a call. Short answers, no hedging.

Do we need a booking platform or a property management system?

They are different products and we build both. A booking platform is public-facing and three-sided: guests search and pay, property owners list and get paid, and you oversee the marketplace. A property management system is internal: the room board, arrivals, housekeeping, folios, and the daily report. A single hotel usually needs the second; an operator listing many properties needs the first.

Can guests book directly with us instead of through a commission site?

That is the point of owning the platform. We have built a complete direct-booking journey: search and filtering, property and room detail, live pricing with taxes, card payment, instant confirmation with an invoice, and self-service cancellation. The booking and the guest relationship stay yours.

How does the money reach the property owner?

Directly. In the marketplace platform we built, guest payments route into each property owner's own merchant account, with the platform's fee taken in transit, so settlement, statements and tax responsibility sit with the owner and the platform never holds guest funds.

How do you stop the same room being sold twice?

Availability is held per room per night rather than as approximate date ranges, and a booking is only written after the payment is re-checked with the provider: status, exact amount and destination. The booking, its charges and its nightly inventory are written together or not at all. Cancelling releases those nights in the same transaction.

Can one system run several properties?

Yes. Each property carries its own rooms, rates, availability and settings under a single account, with performance visible per property and across the group, so comparing sites does not mean phoning each manager.

Tell us the problem. We'll design the system.
